Video: “Military Drones and Democracy”

BROOKINGS – The use of unmanned drones in the modern military theatre has raised questions surrounding international sovereignty. But an equally important set of questions about this new global reach has been asked about issues surrounding the drone’s domestic judicial legitimacy. As Peter Singer argues, “technology – never envisioned by the founding fathers – has taken Congress out of the equation.”
